Ingredients:

• 100 g – Thick sev
• 1 Onion- sliced
• 1 Tomato- diced
• 1 Green chilli- chopped
• 2-3 cloves- Garlic, chopped
• 1/2 tsp- Coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• A pinch – Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• Coriander leaves – a small bunch

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan saute the jeera, onion, garlic and green chillies until brown.
  2. Now add the sev, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and turmeric powder.
  3. Add 1 cup of water and the tomato.
  4. Cook on a low flame till tomatoes soften.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. Serve with tandoori roti.
