Ingredients:
• Paaya- 1/2 kg (To be cooked in a pressure cooker)
• Onion- 3 Nos. (Chopped)
• Green Chillies- 3 Nos. (grounded)
• Ginger- 1 inch piece(grounded)
• Garlic- Quarter pond (3nos) (grounded)
• Big Zeera- Quarter spoon(grounded)
• Small Zeera- Quarter spoon(grounded)
• Tomato- 2 Nos.
• Chilly Powder- 1.5 tsp
• coriander Powder- 2 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
• coriander Leaves- Few
• Salt- To taste
• Cloves and Cinnamon- 3 Pieces
Method:
- Heat oil. Add cloves, cinnamon and onions. Fry till light brown. Add tomato pieces. Again fry for 5 minutes.
- Then add all the other ingredients except paaya, salt, coriander leaves and fry again till the tomato gets mixed.
- Add paaya with juice, salt, coriander and keep it for dum on slow fire for 5 minutes and serve.
