Ingredients:

• 200g – Chicken, thin strips
• 4 – Medium, Green chillies
• 4 – Red chillies, dry
• 4 tbsp – Oil
• 2 – Onions, minced
• 2 – Tomatoes, chopped
• 1 tsp – Aamchur (sour Mango powder)
• 1 tsp – Salt
• 50g – Coriander leaves, chopped
• 1 tsp – Ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala

Method:

  1. Fry all the onions, green chillies, red chillies separately in oil and keep aside.
  2. Now take a pan and fry the chicken pieces for 15 minutes, or until tender.
  3. Then add the chopped tomatoes, aamchur, and garam masala and continue to fry.
  4. Then add the onions and the ginger-garlic paste to it. Mix well.
  5. Now garnish with the coriander leaves, and decorate it with the red and green fried chillies.
  6. Serve hot.
