Ingredients:

• 1 Cup – Sabudhana
• 1 Cup – Rice Flour
• 3/4 cup – Rava (suji)
• 3 – Green chillies
• A small bunch – Coriander leaves
• A few Curry leaves
• A pinch – Hing
• Salt
• Oil
• 1 cup – Curd

Method:

  1. Soak all the ingredients in curd or yogurt. (Soak it in the morning if you are planning to make it in the evening.)
  2. Chop green chillies, coriander leaves, curry leaves, and mix hing and salt with it.
  3. Add this to the soaked mixture and make it into small balls.
  4. Heat oil in tava and deep fry the balls. Serve with chutney.
