Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Thick poha.
• 1/2 tsp -Mustard seeds.
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds.
• 6 to 8 – Curry leaves.
• 3 to 4 – green chillies, slit.
• 1/2 cup – Chopped onions.
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder.
• 2 tsp- oil.
• Salt to taste.
• 2 tbsp – Chopped coriander.
• 4 – Lemon wedges.
Method:
- Place the poha in a sieve and hold it under running water for a few seconds.
- Toss well to drain out all excess water and keep aside.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add the curry leaves and green chillies and stir for 1 minute.
- Add the onions and saute until the onions turn pink.
- Now add the turmeric powder, salt and mix well.
- Then add the poha and mix well.
- Garnish with the coriander and lemon wedges.
