Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup – Mini shell Pasta
• 1 cup – Milk
• 1 cup water
• 10- Cashewnut pieces
• 1/2 cup – Condensed Milk (sweetened)
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• Few strands saffron.
Method:
- Heat a cup of water with a pinch of salt in a microwavable bowl and add the mini shell pasta.
- Cook for approximately 2 minutes on high temperature and drain the excess of water.
- Now heat 1/4 cup of milk and cashew nuts together for 2 minutes on medium temperature and grind it into a paste.
- Meanwhile heat the condensed milk and the remaining milk for 3 minutes with saffron strands on medium temperature in a microwave and keep aside.
- Now add the ground cashew-milk paste to the hot milk and condensed milk mixture, stir for a few minutes and add the cooked pasta.
- Heat again on high temperature for 3 minutes, stir in between if needed.
- Garnish with cardamom powder and serve hot.
