
Ingredients:
• 1/4 kg – Potato
• 5-6 – Green chillies
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric
• Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Coriander leaves
• For seasoning:
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• Hing – a pinch
• Curry leaves
Method:
- Boil and peel the potatoes and cut into desired shape. Finely chop the green chillies and coriander.
- Splutter mustard in oil and add jeera, hing and curry leaves.
- Then add green chillies, potatoes, turmeric, black pepper powder and salt to taste.
- Mix well and cook for 5 mins on medium flame. Garnish with coriander.
- Goes well with chapatti and puris.
