Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Chicken.
• 1 – lime.
• salt and pepper to taste.

Method:

  1. Rub the chicken with salt, pepper and lime juice. Keep in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Heat oil and fry lightly. Roast by sprinkling hot water now and then.
  3. This prevents the chicken from sticking to the bottom of the pan or bake in moderate oven till done.
