Ingredients:

• Mutton/Chicken Keema – 1/2kg
• Oil – 3 tbsp
• Whole Garam Masala (Cinnamon stick, Cardomom, Black pepper, Cumin seed) – 1 tsp
• Slice Garlic – 2 pcs
• Onion- 2 (chopped)
• Green chilies – 3 to 4 (Chopped)
• Tomatoes – 3
• Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
• Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
• Red chili powder – 1 tbsp
• Rice 1 – cup
• Salt – As per taste

Method:

  1. Put oil into cooking vessel and let it get heated for some time.
  2. Add whole garam masala.
  3. Add sliced garlic
  4. Add chopped onion and chopped green chilies.
  5. Stir it for some time
  6. Add keema and mix it.
  7. Wait till it gets cooked
  8. Add red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste and chopped tomatoes
  9. Mix it well
  10. Add two cups of water
  11. Let it get boiled for some time
  12. Add soaked rice to it.
  13. Add mint and coriander leaves for smell
  14. Cook on low heat till it gets done
  15. Serve hot.
  16. If needed, vegetables can be added to this to have some variety.
