Ingredients:
• 1.5 lb – Chicken
• 1.5 cup – Fenugreek leaves
• 1 large – Onion
• 1 large – Tomato
• 1 tbsp -ginger Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• 1 tsp -chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 3 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste
• 2 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1 -bay leaf
Method:
- Marinate chicken with lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and salt for 15 min.
- Heat a little oil in a pan and saute fenugreek leaves for 5 minutes, grind into a smooth paste with little water and set aside.
- In another pan, heat the remaining oil, add bay leaf and finely diced onions and tomatoes. Fry for 2 minutes.
- Now add the marinated chicken and rest of the ingredients and cook till done.
- Finally, add the fenugreek paste to the chicken and mix well. Cook in low for 5 minutes and serve.
