Ingredients:

• 1/2 lb – pasta
• 3 Cloves – garlic, minced
• 1 – onion, minced
• 1 tbsp – Olive oil
• 2 – green chillies, chopped
• 1 tsp – fresh cracked pepper
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• salt – to taste
• Coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Cook pasta according to box directions.
  2. Heat oil, add cumin. Then add the green chillies and onions.
  3. Stir till cooked.
  4. Add the garlic and stir for 1 min.
  5. Add the pasta, salt and pepper, mix well and let it heat through.
  6. Serve sprinkled with the coriander and red pepper flakes, if you like it spicier.
