Ingredients:
• 2 cups – broken Wheat rava
• 2 – onions, medium-sized, finely chopped
• 1 cup – mixed vegetables, like carrots, beans, , peas
• Curry leaves – a sprig, finely chopped
• 3 – Green chillies
• Salt to taste
• 3 tbsp – Lime juice
• 2-3 tbsp – Ghee
• For the seasoning
• 1.5 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Urad Dal
• 1/2 tsp – Channa dal
• Curry leaves – a few
• For The Garnish
• 2 tbsp – Chopped coriander
• 1/4 cup – fresh grated Coconut
Method:
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker and splutter mustard seeds, urad dal, and channa dal.
- Add curry leaves, grated ginger, green chilli, onion and saute till the onions become translucent.
- Add the green peas, carrot, beans broken wheat and saute for few mins. Now add water, salt and mix well. Cook for 1-2 whistles.
- Once the pressure cooker cools, transfer the contents of the cooker to the serving vessel.
- Add ghee then garnish with coriander, grated coconut and lemon juice to it and mix well.
- Serve
