Ingredients:

• 2 cups – broken Wheat rava
• 2 – onions, medium-sized, finely chopped
• 1 cup – mixed vegetables, like carrots, beans, , peas
• Curry leaves – a sprig, finely chopped
• 3 – Green chillies
• Salt to taste
• 3 tbsp – Lime juice
• 2-3 tbsp – Ghee
• For the seasoning
• 1.5 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Urad Dal
• 1/2 tsp – Channa dal
• Curry leaves – a few
• For The Garnish
• 2 tbsp – Chopped coriander
• 1/4 cup – fresh grated Coconut

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and splutter mustard seeds, urad dal, and channa dal.
  2. Add curry leaves, grated ginger, green chilli, onion and saute till the onions become translucent.
  3. Add the green peas, carrot, beans broken wheat and saute for few mins. Now add water, salt and mix well. Cook for 1-2 whistles.
  4. Once the pressure cooker cools, transfer the contents of the cooker to the serving vessel.
  5. Add ghee then garnish with coriander, grated coconut and lemon juice to it and mix well.
  6. Serve
