
Ingredients:
• 4 – eggs
• 2 cups – Tomato juice
• 1/4 cup – chopped Celery
• 1 – Green chillies chopped
• Salt as per taste
• Pepper as per taste
Method:
- In a saucepan, bring tomato juice to boil.
- Break eggs and put in the juice.
- Let it cook till required consistency.
- Add celery, salt and pepper.
- Cook for 2-3 mins. more . Serve hot.
