Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Milk
• 1/2 cup – Mango (Cut in to pieces)
• 1/2 cup – Jack Fruit (Cut in to pieces)
• 1/4 cup – Sapota (Cut in to pieces)
• 1/4 cup – Apple (Cut in to pieces)
• 1/4 cup – Banana (Cut in to pieces)
• 1/4 cup – Dates (Cut in to pieces)
• 1/4 cup – Cashew
• 1/2 cup – Mixed nuts ( Pista, Almond, etc..)
• 1/4 cup – Raisin
• 1/4 cup – Condensed Milk
• 1/4 cup – Sugar (Adjust to your taste)

Method:

  1. Soak Cashew for an hour.
  2. Grind mango, jack fruit and cashew to a fine paste.
  3. Meanwhile, boil milk along with condensed milk and sugar.
  4. Once the milk is cooled down, add the ground paste. Add all the cut fruits, nuts and raisin.
  5. Mix well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Serve chilled.
