Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Pasta
• 1 – Olive oil
• 1 tsp – Oregano
• 1 tsp – chilli flakes
• 1 tbsp – Tomato ketchup
• 1/2 cup – sliced Capsicum
• 1/2 – sliced Onion
• 1/2 cup – cheese

Method:

  1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil, add 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp chilli powder. Add pasta and saute for 1 minute. Remove. In the same pan, add more oil and saute the onions and capsicum.
  2. Add red chilli flakes, oregano, tomato ketchup and salt.
  3. Mix well. Add 2 tsp water and the sauteed pasta and heat well.
  4. Add a little cheese mix and take off the stove.
  5. Take out in the serving plate.
  6. Garnish with more grated cheese, oregano and red chilli flakes
