Ingredients:

• 275 g -self raising flour
• 135 g -unsalted Butter
• 397 g- condensed Milk
• 6 -cherries
• 150 ml -water
• 1 tsp -baking powder
• 1/2 tsp- soda bicarbonate
• 2 tsp -dried Raisins
• 2 tsp -fruit juice
• 1 -orange, zest
• 1- orange, juice

Method:

  1. Pre-heat oven at 180 degree C. Sieve flour and raising agents. Add the fruits.
  2. Cream condensed milk, butter and orange zest.
  3. Add orange juice gradually.
  4. Add flour mixture delicately to the mixture.
  5. Pour batter in a greased mould.
  6. Bake for 20-25 mins at 150 C.
  7. Cool cake well before unmoulding and serving.
