Ingredients:
• 6 big Lime
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 tbsp – chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – salt
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Fenugreek powder
• little Asafoetida
Method:
- Cut each lime into four pieces.
- Heat oil, cook covered for 3-4 minutes.
- Mix with rest of the ingredients.
- Cook again for 2 minutes for flavors to blend.
- It may be served after 20-30 minutes.
- But it will taste better the next day.
