
Ingredients:
• 6 – polis.
• 1/2 cup – grated jaggery.
• 2 tbsp – ghee.
• A few – Peanuts or sesame seeds.
Method:
- Quarter the polis.
- In a large bowl, tear them into shreds, then crush into a fine powder in a blender.
- Add the ghee and mix well.
- Mix the jaggery into the polis till well combined.
- Add the peanuts or sesame seeds.
- Make the mixture in a bowl, by pressing it into your palm and shaping it with the other.
- You may need more jaggery or ghee to bind the ladoos.
- Shape all the mixture into ladoos, 1.5 inches in diameter.
