
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – mascarpone cheese (500g)
• 20 – strawberries
• 3/4 cup – Sugar
• 2 tbsp – agar agar powder/gelatine powder
• 1/4 cup – water
• 30 – plain biscuits (for crust)
• 2 tbsp – Butter
Method:
- Beat the mascarpone cheese and sugar in a large bowl.
- Chop the strawberries and grind them into a smooth puree.
- Mix the strawberry puree to the mascarpone cheese and mix again.
- Heat 1/4 cup water and add agar agar powder, stir until it gets dissolved. Keep aside until it cools.
- Pour the agar agar water into the mascarpone and strawberry mixture, mix again well.
- Pour this cheese mixture over the already prepared biscuits crust and refrigerate overnight for 12 hours. Serve chilled with fresh strawberries.
