Ingredients:
• 1 cup – boiled Spinach
• 1 tbsp – melted Butter
• 1 tbsp – ground cheese
• 2 tbsps – sifted flour
• salt, pepper and mustard to taste
• 2 chopped Onions
• 2 tbsps – Butter
• 2 large Tomatoes
• 250 g – chopped Paneer
• 2 chopped Capsicums
• salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Combine spinach, butter, ground cheese, sifted flour, salt, pepper and mustard to taste.
- Grease a baking tin. Line with greaseproof paper. Add butter and spread the flour over the paper.
- Pour in the spinach mixture.
- Bake at 200 degree C for about 10 minutes.
- Invert and quickly peel off the paper, spread the filling on top, and raising the paper as a support, gently roll it up.
- For Filling:
- Fry the chopped onions in 2 tbsps. of butter till golden brown.
- Add the tomatoes, skinned and chopped and fry till slightly dry.
- Add the chopped paneer, chopped capsicums, and the salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the roll with fresh tomato sauce.
