Ingredients:

• 350 g – Arbi
• 2 tbsp – minced Green chillies
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Coriander seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Pomegranate seeds
• breadcrumbs for coating
• oil for frying

Method:

  1. Boil, peel and mash Arbi. Add chilli powder, coriander seeds, pomegranate seeds, chillies and salt. Mix well.
  2. Shape into oval shaped rolls. Coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. Deep fry rolls in hot oil till golden brown and crisp.
  4. Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
