Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup -baby Corn
• 1/2 cup – Cauliflower
• 1/2 cup -cabbage
• 1/2 cup -capsicum
• 1/2 cup -baby Onion
• 1/2 cup – frozen vegetables
• Masala:
• 5-6- red Tomatoes
• according to taste – Garlic paste
• according to taste – Ginger paste
• 1 tsp -vinegar
• 2-3 tbsp- Tomato ketchup
• 1 tbsp -tomato puree
• salt
• 1 tsp -black pepper powder
Method:
- First of all, boil the all vegetables in the cooker.
- Then prepare the fresh masala (tomatoes, garlic paste, ginger paste) and grind these in the mixie.
- Heat the oil in the pan and cook the masala, after 10 minutes.
- Add the tomato ketchup, tomato puree and 1 tsp vinegar and 2-3 cups of water, boil.
- Keep on slow fire and mix some black pepper powder.
- At the end, mix the boiled vegetables. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Serve this with plain or fried rice.
