Ingredients:

• Duck – 1 kg
• Tomato – 1
• Onion – 3
• chilli powder – 2 tbsp
• Coriander powder – 2 tbsp
• Ginger – 1 piece
• Green chilli – 5
• Garlic – 3 Cloves
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tspv Garam Masala – 1 tbsp
• Coconut oil – 1 desert spoon
• Mustard – 1/2 tsp
• Curry leaves – 2 stem
• Coriander leaves for garnishing
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Clean duck and cut into pieces.
  2. Slice onion, ginger, green chilli and garlic.
  3. Make a paste of chilli powder, coriander powder and tomato.
  4. Heat oil in a kadai, splutter mustard and the sliced items, saute well.
  5. Add curry leaves, tomato paste and stir.
  6. Add duck pieces, salt and water.
  7. When the duck starts cooking add garam masala.
  8. Keep in low flame till the gravy becomes thick.
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves.
