
Ingredients:
• 600 gms. Chicken pieces, prefrebly boneless
• 1/2 cup Curd
• 1 cup Hunt’s Tomato puree
• 1 tsp Tomato paste
• 3 tblsp Ginger Garlic paste
• 2 tblsp Vinegar
• 2 tblsp tandoori masala
• 2 tblsp oil
• salt to taste
Method:
- Marinate the chicken with the above ingredients and keep aside. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and arrange the marinated chicken. Cover and cook till the gravy dries up and the chicken is well coated with masalas.
- Serve with steamed basmati rice or with hot butter parathas.
