Ingredients:
• Rice flour – 1 cup.
• Water – 2 cups.
• Coconut Milk – 1/4 cup.
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Boil water with salt in a thick bottom saucepan.
- Lower the flame and add rice flour slowly, stirring briskly to avoid lumps.
- Continue to cook till a soft lump of dough is formed.
- When the dough is cool, divide it into lime size balls.
- Roll the balls into thin chapatti-like pathiris.
- Cook both sides of the pathiri on a hot tawa.
- Smear the pathri with coconut milk.
- Serve hot with chicken stew or kurma.
