Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Red chori puree
• 1/4 cup – roasted semolina
• 1/2 cup – quick cooking oats
• 1/4 cup – Rice flour
• Salt
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Oil

Method:

  1. In a large bowl, blend the red chori puree, roasted semolina, quick cooking oats and rice flour as dosa batter.
  2. Keep it aside for half an hour.
  3. In a pan pour a ladle of this batter, drizzle the oil and cook on both sides until the dosa gets well cooked..
  4. Serve hot.
