Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Beef or Mutton
• 2 – onions, sliced finely
• 1/2 cup – red gram dal
• 3 – green chillies, sliced
• 2 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 2 – onions, sliced finely
• 3 tsp – chilli powder
• 2 tsp – coriander powder
• 3 tbsp – oil
• 2 tbsp – ground Coconut
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder.

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a vessel and fry the onions and green chillies for some time.
  2. Add the ginger garlic paste and fry for a few minutes.
  3. Add the meat and all the other ingredients and fry till the oil separates from the mixture.
  4. Add the coconut and dhal and mix well.
  5. Add sufficient water and cook till the meat is done.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
