Ingredients:

• Small bunch – Methi leaves
• 1 – tomato, small
• Juice of 1 Lime or Lemon
• 2 tbsps – groundnut or Peanut powder
• 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder

Method:

  1. Wash and cut the methi leaves into small pieces.
  2. Add finely sliced pieces of tomato to it.
  3. Sprinkle salt, a little sugar, red chilli powder and lime juice per your taste.
  4. For tempering, heat 2 tsps of oil, add a pinch of hing, 1/4 tsp haldi, one green chilli slit, 1/2 tsp jeera and 1/2 tsp mustard seeds.
  5. Also, add the groundnut powder to the tempering.
  6. Pour it on the methi mix and mix it well.
