Ingredients:

• Potato – 1/2 kg.
• Capsicum – 2, medium size.
• Tomato – 3 to 4.
• Onion – 2, medium size.
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp.
• Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp.
• Dhania powder – 1/2 tsp.
• Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp.
• Jeera – 1/2 tsp.
• Salt for taste.
• oil for cooking.
• Coriander leaves – little.

Method:

  1. Pressure cook potatoes, peel and cut into big pieces.
  2. Cut capsicum into one inch square, tomatoes into small pieces and slice onions.
  3. In a pan heat little oil, put jeera and put onion fry till it becomes light brown.
  4. Fry capsicum pieces fry, add cut tomato, all the dry powders, salt and cover with a lid until the vegetables are cooked.
  5. Now, add the potato pieces and fry for few minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. Serve hot with pulka or roti.
