Ingredients:

• Fresh Cream (malai) – 1 cup
• Sooji – 5 tbsps
• Grated vegetables – two cups (cabbage, cauliflower, carrot)
• Salt – to taste
• Black pepper – to taste
• Refined oil – for frying
• Bread slice – 5-6

Method:

  1. Take the fresh cream and add sooji to it and mix well.
  2. Now add all the grated vegetables, salt and pepper and blend them well to form a smooth batter.
  3. Now take a bread slice and spread the batter evenly on it.
  4. Slightly heat and grease a non-stick tawa and add the slice to it with the batter on the top.
  5. Fry until a golden brown.
  6. Now turn the slice upside down and let the batter cook until a golden brown.
  7. Take it off the tawa and serve hot with sauce .
