
Ingredients:
• Saboot masoor ki dal – 1 cup
• Ginger – 2 pieces
• Garlic – 10-12 Cloves
• Green chilli – 2 (chopped)
• Jeera – 1 tsp
• Garam Masala – 2 tsp
• Red Chilli powder – 1.5 tsp
• Ambchoor – 1 tsp
• Mashed Paneer – 1 cup
• Corn floor – 3 tbsp
• Lemon juice – 2 tsp
• Salt according to taste
• Oil – 3 tbsp
• Capsicum – 1 (Small, chopped)
• Onion – 1 (chopped)
• Tomato – 1 (Small, without pulp)
• To serve :
• 3 medium size Onions cut into rings
• A few Mint leaves (poodina)
Method:
- Soak saboot masoor dal for 2 hours.
- Strain and grind dal, ginger, garlic, green chilli and jeera for paste.
- Fry paste only 4-5 minutes.
- When the dal is dry, mix corn floor, paneer, salt, garam masala, red chilli, amchoor and lemon juice with the dal
- Heat the oil. Make a kebab balls from the ingredients.
- Fry until golden brown.
- Serve with finely chopped onion, capsicum, tomatoes on the kebabs.
