Ingredients:
• 2 cups – basmati Rice
• 250 ml – Coconut Milk
• 3-4 – Cardamom pods
• 1 cup – Methi leaves, chopped
• 1 cup – palak, chopped
• 2-3 tbsp – Ghee
• 1 pinch – Turmeric powder
• 4-5 – Cloves
• 2 tsp – cumin
• Curry leaves
Method:
- In a pan, heat ghee, add cumin, cloves and cardamoms. Add turmeric powder and curry leaves. Set aside. Cook rice in pressure cooker.
- Add palak and methi to rice, along with cardamom and cumin mixture.
- Add coconut milk and 2-3 cups of water.
- Serve hot with raitha.
