Ingredients:

• 2 potatoes, boiled.
• 1 cup – curd.
• For Masala:
• 1 tsp – Ginger chilli paste .
• 1 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves .
• salt to taste .

Method:

  1. Peel the potatoes and partially crush by pressing with crusher or a large spoon.
  2. Beat the curd.
  3. Add the crushed potatoes and all the masalas.
  4. Chill and serve.
