
Ingredients:
• 1 – Apple
• 2 – Bananas
• 2 – Red Chillies
• 25 gm – grated Coconut
• 2 – tsp Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• salt to taste.
Method:
- Wash and peel the apple and grate it.
- Chop the bananas into small pieces.
- Heat 2 tsp oil in a frying pan, splutter mustard and cumin seeds.
- Add the red chillies, grated coconut and fry till brown.
- Cool the mixture in the frying pan.
- Add in grated apples, chopped bananas, coconut, coriander leaves, sugar and salt. Serve.
