
Ingredients:
• 12 – medium Prawns
• 1 cup – rava
• 3 tsp – Lime juice
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 3 tsp – Tamarind juice
• 5 – medium Red Chillies (button)
• 2/3 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 6-7 – Curry leaves
• 1/4 tsp – salt
• 5 tsp – cooking oil
Method:
- Mix lime juice, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and tamarind water to make a paste.
- Immerse prawns in the paste and keep aside for 5 minutes.
- Coat marinated prawns with sooji and keep aside for another 3 minutes.
- Heat oil and add red chillies, saute for a minute and add curry leaves, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt.
- Heat oil in pan and shallow fry the prawns.
