
Ingredients:
• 1 – medium sized bunch spinach, chopped
• 2 cups – Milk
• 1.5 tsp – Butter
• 1 tsp – fresh Garlic paste
• 1 cup – water
• pepper to taste
• salt
Method:
- Wash the spinach and cook in a heavy bottom vessel for 5 mins. Cool and grind into a fine paste.
- Lightly heat butter in a non-stick vessel.
- Add garlic paste and saute on a low flame for few seconds.
- Add the spinach paste and saute on a low flame for 5-7 mins.
- Add milk and water and boil on a medium flame, stirring at regular intervals, till the soup thickens a little.
- Serve with salt and pepper.
