
Ingredients:
• 1 bunch – Coriander leaves (cilantro)
• 10-12 – Green chillies
• 1 Clove – Garlic
• Chopped Ginger
• 1 – chopped Tomato
• Salt (depending upon the taste)
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• Water
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – black salt
Method:
- Wash coriander leaves properly.
- Add coriander leaves, salt, black salt, lemon juice, cumin seeds, tomato, garlic and ginger in grinder.
- Grind it smoothly. If necessary, add a small quantity of water.
- Take out from the grinder and store it in freezer.
