
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup peanuts, soaked in water, boiled.
• 1 cup rice, cooked.
• 1 tbsp – Tamarind paste.
• 1 onion, chopped.
• 1 tbsp – Garam Masala powder.
• 1 tsp – chilli powder.
• 1 tsp – sesame seeds.
• 1/2 tsp – mustard seeds.
• 3 tbsp – oil.
• 1 cup – coconut, grated.
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Heat a pan. Add sesame seeds.
- When they pop, add oil.
- Add mustard seeds. Add onion. Brown.
- Add tamarind paste and powdered spices.
- Add peanuts, rice and salt to taste.
- Stir till blended and heat through. Serve hot.
