Ingredients:

• 250 g – prawns, peeled and minced
• 200 g – minced Chicken Meat
• 3 – medium red, green or yellow capsicums, quartered
• 2 – thin slices Ginger
• Seasoning A (Blend Together):
• 1 tsp – Maggi Seasoning
• 1/4 tsp – ground white pepper
• 1 tsp – sesame oil
• 2 tsp – Corn flour
• Seasoning B (Blend Together):
• 1 tbsp – Maggi Seasoning
• 1 tbsp – Maggi Concentrated Chicken Stock
• 250 ml – water
• 2 tbsp – Corn flour

Method:

  1. Mix minced prawns and chicken meat with Seasoning A.
  2. Stuff capsicum with the marinated mixture.
  3. Heat oil in a pan fry the stuffed capsicum until cooked. Place on a serving dish.
  4. With the remaining oil, saute the ginger slices until aromatic.
  5. Add in Seasoning B, bring to boil and simmer until the sauce thickens.
  6. Pour the sauce over the stuffed capsicum and serve at once.
