Ingredients:
• 250 g – prawns, peeled and minced
• 200 g – minced Chicken Meat
• 3 – medium red, green or yellow capsicums, quartered
• 2 – thin slices Ginger
• Seasoning A (Blend Together):
• 1 tsp – Maggi Seasoning
• 1/4 tsp – ground white pepper
• 1 tsp – sesame oil
• 2 tsp – Corn flour
• Seasoning B (Blend Together):
• 1 tbsp – Maggi Seasoning
• 1 tbsp – Maggi Concentrated Chicken Stock
• 250 ml – water
• 2 tbsp – Corn flour
Method:
- Mix minced prawns and chicken meat with Seasoning A.
- Stuff capsicum with the marinated mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan fry the stuffed capsicum until cooked. Place on a serving dish.
- With the remaining oil, saute the ginger slices until aromatic.
- Add in Seasoning B, bring to boil and simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Pour the sauce over the stuffed capsicum and serve at once.
