Ingredients:
• 4 – Plain tortillas or Maida rotis
• 1/2 cup – cheese mozzarella
• Butter
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato
Method:
- Spread some butter on a pan and place a tortilla in it.
- When it turns brown on one side, flip and cook the other.
- It should be soft and not too crisp.
- Put cheese on one half and fold it.
- When the cheese starts melting, add the chopped onions and tomato.
- Fold over and serve with salsa.
