Ingredients:

• 200g – Tofu
• 2 – Onions
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 1 – red Capsicum
• 1 – green Capsicum
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tsp – oil
• 1 tsp – mustard

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds.
  2. Add finely chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, one by one. Cook on a low flame for 5 mins. Add chilli powder and salt mix well.
  3. Add chopped tofu and mix well.
