
Ingredients:
• Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
• Jeera – 1 tsp
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• 6 – potatoes, finely cut into pieces
• Hing – a pinch
• Haldi – 1 tsp
• Garam Masala – 1 tsp
• Salt – to taste
Method:
- In a non-stick kadai, put 2 tbsp oil.
- Once it’s hot, add mustard seeds.
- When they crackle, add jeera, potatoes, hing, haldi, garam masala and saute well.
- Add salt when potatoes are cooked.
- Serve hot with parathas.
