Ingredients:

• 1 lb lamb
• 2 cups Basmati Rice
• 2 tsps of chilli powder
• 1.5 tsp salt
• 1 tsp daniya powder, Turmeric
• 1 tsp fresh ginger, Garlic paste
• 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
• 4-5 Bay Leaves
• 5-6 Cloves
• 1 tsp Jeera
• 1 big Onion
• 2 tbsps Curd
• 2 tbsp oil

Method:

  1. Cut lamb into 10-12 pieces.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, chilli powder, curd, daniya powder, salt, and garam masala to it and mix it together.
  3. Keep it for 1 hour.
  4. Slice onions.
  5. Take a pressure pan, add oil, put cloves, bay leaves, jeera, onions, and cashews (optional).
  6. Fry them until red.
  7. Then add marinated lamb to it and fry it for 10- 15 minutes.
  8. Add rice and fry for some time.
  9. Add 3 cups of water and cook for two whistles on medium heat.
