
Ingredients:
• 1 – medium size green mango, cut into small pieces/grated
• 4 – green chillies, cut each into two
• 4 tbsp – grated fresh Coconut
• 1/4 tsp – cumin
• 1 – red chilli, broken into pieces
• 1 tsp – Urad Dal
• Salt
• Asafetida, a pinch
• 6 – peeled Garlic Cloves
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 8 – Curry leaves
• 2 tsp – chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
- Grind mango, coconut, green chillies, salt and garlic into a coarse paste. Keep aside.
- Prepare tempering with mustard seeds, cumin, asafetida, urad dal, red chilli and curry leaves.
- Pour this over the prepared chutney, add chopped coriander and mix well.
- Serve with hot plain rice along with a tsp of ghee.
