Ingredients:
• 100 g – besan
• 1 cup – fresh malai
• 4 tbsp – Ghee
• Sugar
• Milk
Method:
- Heat a pan and put the fresh malai in it. Let it melt.
- Then add besan and roast it for 15 minutes on sim or till it becomes golden brown. While doing this, add ghee if needed.
- Gradually add sugar and milk according to the taste, let it swell.
- Garnish with elaichi and almonds.
