Ingredients:

• 100 g – besan
• 1 cup – fresh malai
• 4 tbsp – Ghee
• Sugar
• Milk

Method:

  1. Heat a pan and put the fresh malai in it. Let it melt.
  2. Then add besan and roast it for 15 minutes on sim or till it becomes golden brown. While doing this, add ghee if needed.
  3. Gradually add sugar and milk according to the taste, let it swell.
  4. Garnish with elaichi and almonds.
