Method:

  1. Clean and chop lady’s fingers.
  2. Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan, splutter mustard, add fenugreek, aniseed, curry leaves, salt, turmeric and chilli powder.
  3. Saute for a while and add the cut lady’s fingers.
  4. Add tamarind pulp and cook till the lady’s fingers are tender.
  5. Finally, add jaggery and grated coconut. Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
