Ingredients:

• 1 loaf – French bread
• 75 g – Butter
• 1/2 tsp – Garlic paste

Method:

  1. Cut the French bread into 12 slices, taking care not to slice right through to the bottom of the loaf.
  2. Mix the garlic and butter together.
  3. Spread this mixture between the slices. Spread any leftover of the mixture on top of the loaf.
  4. Wrap the loaf in a piece of aluminium foil, covering it completely.
  5. Bake in a moderate oven (355 degrees Fahrenheit) for 15 minutes until the bread is crisp.
