Ingredients:

• 2 cups – puffed rice.
• 2 – green chillies, chopped.
• 2 tbsp – groundnuts.
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder.
• Curry leaves.
• 2 – garlic, crushed.
• 4 tbsp – oil.

Method:

  1. Pour oil in a kadai and add groundnuts, green chillies, garlic and curry leaves.
  2. Saute for 1 minute and add salt and turmeric powder.
  3. Later, add puffed rice and saute for 3 mins or till it becomes crisp.
  4. Remove from flame and serve with chopped onions sprinkled over.
