
Ingredients:
• 1/4 kg – Italian flat beans
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• 3 – Green chillies
• 10 – Prawns
• 1/4 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/4 tsp – Urad Dal
• 2 tbsp – grated Coconut
• 3 – Curry leaves
• 2 – Oil
• Salt
Method:
- Cut the onions, flat beans and tomato into small pieces
- Heat oil in a kadai, splutter mustard seeds and urad dal
- Add the onion and tomatoes pieces and stir them occasionally until they cook well
- Add the shrimp to the onion and cook until its colour changes.
- Add the chopped flat bean pieces to the kadai and stir it continuously
- Add the slit green chillies to the bean pieces and stir them
- Add salt, reduce the flame and cover the kadai with a lid
- When the beans are done add the curry leaves and switch off the stove
- Add the grated coconut to the cooked beans n mix it well
- Serve.
