
Ingredients:
• Beans – 100 gm
• Channa Dal – 1 cup
• Red Chillies – 4
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Mustard Seeds – 1 tbsp
• Curry leaves – a few
Method:
- Initially cut the beans, place them in a microwave container, add 1 tbsp of water and salt to taste, and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Keep aside.
- Soak the channa dal in water for half an hour, drain water and grind dal in a mixer with salt and red chillies.
- In a microwave container, add 2 tbsp of oil, then add mustard seeds and curry leaves and microwave on high for 3 minutes.
- Then to the tadka, add the ground paste, sprinkle 1 tbsp of water and microwave on high for 4 minutes, stirring once in between.
- Finally add the boiled beans, mix well and microwave on high for 30 seconds.
- Serve with rice and sambar.
